On The Verge of History

There is very wide speculation that Tuesday, June 3rd will be a day for the history books. According to a number of articles out there, Sen. Barack Obama will stand in the arena in St. Paul that the Republicans have chosen as their hallowed ground and declare victory in the race for the Democratic presidential nomination. In doing so, he will become the first African American to become the presidential nominee for one of the major parties.

What has been most exciting about this process is seeing the signs that Hillary is about to concede:

Need more proof? Here is a video of Bill Clinton getting all nostalgic like the party is over:

And the big give away? Huffington Post is reporting that Hillary will give a "major speech" in NYC Tuesday and, even more telling, she has recalled her advance team to let them know their roll with the campaign has ended.

This means no more campaign events...yeah...presumably no more speeches or Puerto Rican caravans or Bill Clinton country side shows.

Yours truly plans to head the Xcel Center Tuesday and see what's going down.

More to come!
